Mobile Web Services

Mobile Web and all its benefits.

Internet-based email

If you have a web-based email account like Hotmail, Yahoo or AOL, simply enter their URL on your Mobile Web screen then sign in as usual. You can then send, receive or forward emails and open attachments as usual.

Pick up work emails

If your work email system supports POP3 or IMAP4, you can send and receive company emails. Please check with your IT manager.

Surf the web

Mobile Web allows you to access the sites you visit on your PC. If you're using an Xda®, check out the link below to our portal that gives you access to Xda®-friendly sites.

Mobile Web abroad

Even when you're abroad, it's easy to access Mobile Web. The speed of service and the way you're charged will depend on whether you use 3G, GPRS or a GSM network.

3G/GPRS access and charges

You can enjoy faster access with 3G/GPRS if you’re in a country with an appropriate roaming agreement such as Germany and Ireland. If you connect to Mobile Web this way, 3G/GPRS roaming charges apply.

GSM network and charges

You can still access Mobile Web from almost any other country so long as it has a GSM network in place.

If you connect to the Mobile Web over a GSM network, you will be charged for the amount of time you’re using your mobile phone at the rate specified in your tariff rather than being charged by the Megabyte of information downloaded.
