If you need to top-up while you're overseas, we offer two hassle-free options - credit/debit card top-up; or O2 Vouchers. Both options allow you to top up via the O2 Top-Up line from overseas, which means the call is free of charge if calling from your mobile.

To check your balance use Hotkey 2 or key *#10# then press the call button and your calltime balance will be shown on your display. Alternatively dial 4444 FREE from your mobile phone to hear your balance.

You need at least one minute of calltime credit to make a call. When your calltime falls too low, you'll get messages indicating you're nearly out of credit until you're finally diverted to the O2 Top-Up line.

From 1st December 2008, the VAT rate changed, so we are passing on the full benefit to you. We will add an extra 22p to your calltime balance for every £10 that you top up.
